Q: Elena, what have you been up to since you graduated from the Airport Operations program in 2006?
A: Well, what have I been up to... that's a good question!
After I graduated I went to Germany and worked for Star Alliance, which was a great experience. Unfortunately, it was only an internship and when no full time positions came available, I returned to Vancouver.
Aviation related positions were scarce when I returned, so I joined Rogers as a Customer Care Consultant. I've been with Rogers for about a year, and now am working as a Airport Operations Oficer at YVR.
My goal is to stay in this position for a while, adding to my experience, and then to move to another position within the Airport Authority.
