It's always wonderful when graduates let us know what they have been doing and how their careers are progressing once they leave the program. It's even more of a treat when they stop by for a few moments, like Heather McIver did yesterday.
We found that Heather has had an interesting couple of years since graduation. Her first job took her north where she was dispatching a helicopter operation at a mine. When the mine closed, another helicopter company, VIH, needed an Operations Coordinator & Flight Attendant Manager. With her background in Operations and experience as a flight attendant for Emirates, Heather was a perfect fit. Currently based in Victoria, the position offers Heather some great opportunities to travel - she is currently preparing for a trip to Peru to train Flight Attendants. Good Work Heather!
