Swanberg Air Inc is recruiting a Flight Coordinator for the Calgary office.

SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is to gather and disseminate information to other related departments that are directly involved in the day-to-day flight operations of Swanberg Air Inc.The principle duties for Flight Coordinators include briefing crew members, flight following, and the documentation of scheduled and charter flights. Flight coordinator team Members will also be expected to adhere to Swanberg Air Inc company’s core values.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Flight follow assigned Swanberg Air Inc. flights and log arrival and departure times.
•Check NOTAMS and Weather. Liaison with Customers service on operational concerns, IROPs, Delays, etc.
•Flight plan scheduled and charters as per company policy.
•Ensure that all flight crew have checked in and advised of their flight schedule in accordance with company policies.
•Verify that Flight Crews are in positioned and for briefed flight activities.
•Receives inbound phone calls from Flight Crews and adhere to company policies.
•Facilitate and communicate crew and passenger hotel arrangements/transportation, if required.
•Arrange / Update crew operational issues such as early and late operations at Fixed Based Operators (FBO) or specific destinations.
•Coordinate all aspects of flights. Liaise with company departments in IROP situations in order to minimize delays.
•Maintain the pilot flight and duty files and make the appropriate entries to keep files current.
•Update company logs to show accurate flight/crew information and filing paperwork from all completed trips.
•Be able to lift 25kgs
•Other related duties as assigned.

Salary: As per company pay scale
