PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
• Minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience with liquor, cosmetics, souvenirs, watches or luggage is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office based applications.
• Experience with POS and cash handling.
• A passion for customer service.
• Can motivate a team to deliver on a consistent basis.
• A high energy level and positive approach to job and group responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• A second language would be an asset.
