Central Mountain Air (CMA) is currently recruiting a Flight Dispatcher, for Smithers, BC.


Type “B” Operation
• Based at Head Office in Smithers, BC
• Responsible for flight planning
• Responsible for flight following
• Responsible for weather briefings
• Maintain effective communication between Flight Crew, Scheduling and Maintenance departments
• Other duties as required by the Operations Manager

Successful applicant will have:
• Completed the two Ministry of Transport exams
• Hold a valid radio license
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Effective communication skills
• Sound decision making skills
• The desire to relocate to a small community

Pilots interested in the Tier 2 program with the following qualifications are welcome to apply:
1. Commercial License
2. Valid Multi Engine Instrument Rating
3. IATRA Exam Completed and Passed
