This position is open to successful pilot applicants with little or no commercial flight experience. Position: Flight Attendant / Load Master - Pilot in Waiting positions
Job Description:
• Provide consistent levels of superior customer service and satisfaction by anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations;
• Operate mechanical and emergency equipment;
• Ensuring aircraft loads are in proper weight and balance;
• Successfully complete a 4 week Initial training course with a minimum grade of 85% on all exams;
• Maintain and carry valid travel documents including passport;
• Grooming of the interior and exterior aircraft including servicing lavatory;
• Perform any other duties as directed by the Flight Attendant Manger.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 19 years old, minimum with a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum qualifications are Transport Canada commercial license with multi IFR;
• Able to lift, load, unload 50 LBS. plus;
• Flexible to work various hours including weekends and holidays;
• Able to obtain and retain an airport restricted area pass;
• Be a proven team player who demonstrates leadership abilities and a positive and energetic attitude when interacting with customers or coworkers;
• Able to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team, sometimes under difficult and stressful circumstances;
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
• Solid oral and written communication skills;
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude;
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
• Previous cabin crew / loadmaster experience an asset.
