Phoenix Heli-Flight, an innovator and industry leader in the supply of premium helicopter charter services, is now hiring a Safety System Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing Phoenix’s SMS with the objective of continuous improvement;
• Developing and ensuring KPIs are being obtained;
• Producing safety presentations utilizing safety data and statistics for monthly safety meetings;
• Ensuring compliance with A-OSH requirements;
• Maintaining online customer prequalification databases;
• Performing Quality Assurance duties;

Qualifications:

• Aviation background with emphasis in helicopter operations;
• Proficiency with computers; well-developed skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
• Well organized, profession individual with strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Previous experience in risk management or auditing an asset;
