Aviation Ground Fueling Technologies (AGFT) provides leading edge aviation fueling parts, systems and solutions across Canada. Headquartered in Edmonton, AB, AGFT has operations throughout Canada. We are seeking an experienced individual for Service and Sales Support for our growing and diverse operations.
Responsibilities:
• Support AGFT sales and service activities by responding to enquiries from customers and AGFT sales and service team with the goal of maintaining and expanding the business.
• Equipment repairs and service, both indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately prepare system quotes and pricing as required.
• Maintain customer databases; perform project and system tracking as necessary.
• Shipping and receiving of aviation parts and systems.
• Warehouse inventory control activities, including recording inventory transactions, cycle counts, and monitoring and maintaining optimum inventory levels.
• Product delivery, storage and purchasing activities.
• Perform service/sales calls as required.
• General office admin duties as required to support operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a pleasurable client experience.
• Comply with and participate in the Company’s Health & Safety programs and Quality Systems
• Other duties as required.
Education/ Training:
• High School Diploma.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Aviation fuelling experience.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Sales administration experience, including preparation of quotes, pricing, order entry and inventory control is preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with high attention to detail.
• Flexibility and proven experience in balancing competing priorities and juggling a variety of responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with a demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Well-developed interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to function effectively in teams.
• Customer focused and service driven.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ERP systems; experience with Navision is preferred.
