Our Fort McMurray Location is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant/ Customer Service Representative to support our growing and diverse operations. 

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service.
Create, monitor, and report on weekly and monthly logistics key performance indicators.
Maintain a flight watch system in order to monitor a flight’s progress and future requirements.
When required provide operational information and other potential business opportunities to management.
Maintain a strong knowledge of all areas of emergency procedures including alerting procedures.
Provide flight information to crews and 3rd party companies.
Maintain and collect data, perform administrative filing while accurately calculating, billing and pricing structure.
Assist and coordinate the execution of any operational plan.
Provide and complete assigned operation analysis information to management as required.
Assist in conducting assigned audits.
Communicate the organizations safety policies in accordance with applicable federal safety standards and local laws.
Act as a point of contact to external groups including handling complaints.
Maintain, calculate and accurately complete the proper billing amounts and rate quotations on the appropriate flight forms for each activity within the operation.
Work closely with all departments to provide information as requested as it relates to daily, weekly and monthly activities.
Oversee and maintain the added value services provided within the Flight Center.
Arrange transportation and hotels for customers as requested.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Safety Committee member.
Passenger check-in responsibilities as assigned.
Ensure exceptional customer service and a pleasurable client experience. 
Comply with and participate in the Company’s Health & Safety programs and Quality Systems
Other duties as required.

Education/Training:
High School Diploma.
1-3 years of direct work experience in the aviation field.

Qualifications/Experience:
Direct working knowledge of operations in an airport facility.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in managing third-party logistics providers.
Solid project management skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Good financial and business awareness.
Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
Obtain a radio operators certificate.
Strong customer service orientation.
An understanding of ramp and fueling procedures is an asset.
Able to work shift work, weekends and holidays.
