Job Description:
Representing Central Mountain Air as a member of our Cabin Crew is a unique experience. Our customers have their own unique needs and requirements. You’ll find every day holds a different challenge – from the moment you welcome our customers aboard the aircraft, their safety and comfort are your responsibility.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience: Will train
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages an asset.
- Flight Attendant Specific Skills: Greet passengers, explain safety procedures and make flight and other announcements, Serve food and beverages to passengers, Complete reports
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Airport security clearance
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure in a fast paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning

- Supportive of colleagues and a team player.
- Takes pride in personal grooming and willing to conform to uniform standards.
- Be prepared to work unsociable hours any day of the year, at any time, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work to tight time constraints.
- Successfully complete initial training and recurrent training programs.
