Airside Operations Supervisor - Calgary Airport

This newly created airport Airside Operations Supervisory role includes overall responsibility and accountability for the safe and cost effective use of facility equipment and resources and using every opportunity to promote and safeguard the company's interest and goals while maintaining excellent service and public relations with the appropriate Airport Authorities and other customers.
The Role:
- Ensure that the company is in compliance with all Governmental, Labour, Health, Environmental and Safety laws, regulations and policies
- Coordinate and manage staffing levels & resources to fully support the needs of the Glycol Recovery Collection Operations, a 2015 Glycol
- Processing Operation and 24/7 emergency response ability
- Supervise and/or assist in providing the training of all Operators in Glycol Recovery Vehicle. Operations, the Glycol Management Program, and future Processing Operations
- Supervise the proper maintenance of Glycol Recovery Vehicles to minimize equipment downtime
- Develop and implement team action plans to achieve optimum daily operations performance
- Assist with the careful purchase, storage and tracking of replacement parts, supplies and other inventory items to ensure adequate supplies are kept on hand at all times
- Develop, implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all company equipment
- Advance suggestions and communications with other concentrator operations, engineering, technical support staff and management that promote improvement and advances in efficiencies of equipment
- Foster clear and effective communications between shift changes
- Diligently assign job related duties to the team to ensure maximum utilization of resources
- Oversee the daily tracking and recording of fluids collected, processed, and transported as well as the drain management system and ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are accurate, and on time
- Manage your time and resources as you would if it was your own successful business
