As
the first point of contact in Employee Services and the President’s Office,
Pacific Coastal Airlines is looking for an employee who embodies the Pacific

The
successful applicant will administer the internal travel pass program while
providing clerical support to the Director.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, reception duties,
answering phones, filing, organize meetings, maintaining office supplies and
equipment, job offer letters, job postings, announcements and distribution of
incoming, and outgoing mail, and oversight of employee uniforms. In addition ensuring employee recognition
programs such as anniversary cards, pins and points programs are organized.
The
Employee Services Coordinator will assist in the recruitment process
by tracking internal and external job applications, setting up interviews,
coordinating the new employee orientation process and ensuring RAIC and parking
pass documents have been accurately completed and submitted to appropriate
authorities. The coordination of events,
activities and vendors in support of the community and employee engagement
programs are another duty conducted by this role.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated person who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and can work as a part of a team. This employee must possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills coupled with an eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Pacific
Coastal Airlines employees working in the Employee Services department must be
advanced in a multitude of Microsoft Office Products, email and web
applications in addition to applicant tracking systems.
Previous
experience or studies in the Human Resources field will be an asset. 2-3 years customer service experience is
required.
