Reporting to the Manager, Flight Pass, the Flight Pass Program Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and administration associated with bringing Flight Pass products to market and their day to day operations. 
  • Create, implement and maintain new Flight Pass products (including Customized Corporate flight pass) products in the proprietary software administrator console 
  • Provide second level escalation support for customer queries 
  • Provide assistance to the Flight Pass Program Manager 
  • Ensure integrity of the Flight Pass product website terms and conditions and pricing levels on aircanada.com 
  • Responsible for the product lifestyle administration including quality assurance, intra-departmental and customer query escalation 
  • Produce ad hoc Flight Pass reports 
  • Produce and maintain program document and manuals. 
  • Coordinate maintenance and administration of existing portfolio of Flight Pass products 

  • Frequent interfaces with a range of Air Canada Commercial, Customer Services, IT and Finance branches, including: Network Planning, Marketing Communications, Sales Communications, Corporate Communications, Corporate Sales, Agency Sales, International, Call Centres, ACGHS, Revenue Accounts, Taxation, AC Web Travel, and RSM 
  • Draft product briefs for internal distribution 
  • Provide service support for Internal queries 
  • Monitor performance of Flight Pass revenue 
  • Oversee administration of subscription and other recurrent billing processes 
  • Monitor, escalate and correct any customer issues arising with Flight Pass product 
  • Communicate and set up customer reporting requirements
Qualifications
  • Web business application experience an asset
  • Skilled in Customer interaction
  • Work experience in Call Centers, Airports, Customer Solutions or similar service delivery setting
  • Ability to handle large volumes of work and to multi task essential
  • Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy
  • Working knowledge of business application software (Word, PowerPoint, aircanada.com). Res3 experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, used to recommend and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize heavy workloads and tight deadlines
  • Self starter, energetic with strong sense of initiative, creative approach to solving problems
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Knowledge of high level commercial applications for Flight Pass
