Job Description

Air Labrador operates a scheduled passenger and cargo services to twenty four communities throughout Labrador, Northern Newfoundland and Quebec North Shore regions. We are experts in remote, off-strip operations on wheels, ski and floats. We also provide private charter and emergency transportation service which we hold to the highest standard to ensure the greatest customer satisfaction.
We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full time position located at Air Labradors operations in Goose Bay, Labrador.
RESPONSIBILITYS INCLUDE:
- Greet Customers
- Book Reservations
- Check in passengers, make public announcements in the airport terminal, assist passengers who require help to board planes, communicate effectively with pilots, dispatch, agents and the public
- Professional well groomed appearance with a positive , cheerful attitude
- Collect cash and prepare end of the day cash and debit reports
- And all other general duties that maybe assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a service industry
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
- Must be available to work both evenings and weekends according to schedule
