Complete Aviation Services Ltd. at the Peterborough Airport is the Airport Fixed Base Operation (FBO) as well as the ESSO aviation fuel station. We are the airport service centre responsible for aircraft services such as; passenger handling, aircraft fueling, marshalling parking, and de-icing. We also take care of ground customer services, such as car rentals, hotel reservations and a serviceable pilot lounges. Position available: Fueller / Customer Service representative (Part-time, possible going to full-time within 6 weeks) Reporting to the Manager, the Fueller / Customer Service representative’s primary function is to fuel aircraft, from small planes to jets, as well as to provide customer service to pilots and their passengers. Main Responsibilities (but not limit to): Fuel aircraft Perform fuel quality checks Perform checks on equipment Processing Sales, use of POS machine and handling cash, Record data on paper and on computer Arrange rental car, hotel accommodation and catering for customers Keep office, fuel trucks, fuel farm and equipment safe and clean Comply with all health and safety regulations Perform other duties as required and assigned by management Requirements & Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be self-motivated and well organized Computer data input, e-mail and Internet – Microsoft Office / Windows Knowledge of TDG, WHMIS and MSDS is an asset but not necessary Knowledge of aircraft is an asset but not necessary Experience in providing excellence in Customer Service Clean criminal background check and bondable Extremely well organized with the ability to keep meticulous records Strong attention to Detail Ability to work independently and problem solve Basic drug testing provided by employer Have Good driving record Employee must pass all training provided by the company Physical aspects of the job involves bending, lifting, and ascending/descending stepladder. Experience using a forklift is an asset Must willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Own reliable transportation to airport Education Secondary school diploma or equivalent Our operation runs 24/7/365. Hours may involve some partial and full weekends on a shift basis. Successful candidate must be willing to commit to shift schedule including weekends, long weekends, early morning, late night and overnight callouts.
