Narrative Description Reporting to the Head, Ground Operations Audits, the Assistant Manager, Global Operational Audits will assist the team in running the ground operation audit programs. Responsibilities  Audit allocation performance and communication to stakeholders  Pool and Auditee  contract executions  Coordination of monthly conference calls and update of statistical reports  Coordination of ISAGO Pool membership, meetings and  Manage ISAGO extranet sites and public web pages  Manage ISAGO inbox  ISAGO Registry update and certificates' issuance Follow up on audits and pool performance Processing of new applications for pool members and ground service providers Update of audit allocation methodology Manage audit bidding system for off-pool audits Support to regional offices Process audits builds Perform cost benefit analysis for airlines Answer stakeholders' inquiries. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience; Minimum of five years’ experience in ground operations specifically in the following operational areas: load control,  baggage handling, aircraft handling and loading, aircraft ground movement, fueling, de/anti-icing and cargo operations; Knowledge of ground handling and regulatory operational requirements such, but not limited to, the IATA Airport Handling Manual, Dangerous Goods Regulations, IATA Security Manual, ICAO Safety Management Manual ; Knowledge of high level operational audit principles and procedures; Experience in working in small teams and delivering against tight deadlines; Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages an advantage; Above-average IT skills.
