This dynamic company is looking for an individual to join their team as a Customer Relations Associate. This individual will be responsible for assisting guests during their arrival and departure at the YVR Airport (South Terminal). This is an excellent opportunity for a people & service oriented individual to gain experience in an exciting & fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities Include:
  • Morning and afternoon preparation for the WCFC to receive clients departing on, or returning from trips.
  • Direct interaction with clients, ensuring that they have everything they need for their trip.
  • Being self-sufficient, great with time management & responsible as there will be a significant amount of unsupervised work.
  • Facilitating & enhancing the fishing experience for clients while departing and returning from trips, making special arrangements and accommodating special requests for guests as needed.
  • General office support as required.
  • Preparation of freight and orders required for each trip by the lodge managers and staff.
  • ALWAYS being friendly, courteous and keeping the enhancement of customer experiences in mind.
Requirements:
  • Must be interested in Customer Service, willing to learn, take on increasing responsibilities and meet hard deadlines for which they will be accountable.
  • Be able to demonstrate a clear propensity towards the delivery of exceptional customer service and be comfortable engaging socially with clients face to face & over the phone.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a car & be available for early morning, and weekend work.
  • Physically fit.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage & prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Lots of energy & enthusiasm!
Assets:
  • Prior hospitality/customer service experience.
For this position we are looking for someone who wants to have fun but also likes to work hard, someone who is genuinely interested in delivering exceptional service.
**IMPORTANT**
This is afull-time seasonal positionfrom May until September in Richmond, BC.
Candidates must be prepared to work irregular hours & occasional split shifts.
Monday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday hours are 5:30am – 11am and 1pm - 3:30pm (plus frequent over-time between 11-1 and/or after 3:30pm).
Wednesday hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Saturdays & Tuesdays off.
