In a busy and dynamic role, Air Supply Agents assure that each WestJet aircraft is stocked and fully serviced with supplies. Operating at WestJet's busiest airports, Air Supply Agents provide a vital service to our operation, taking care of many various aspects of the commissary including: Cart Building, warehousing, and driving.

Overview of Various Air Supply Duties: 

Cart Building (Buy on Board, Bar and Headset): 
• Assembly, preparation and portioning of commissary product for all WJ service requirements;
• Restock and assemble all Bar, Buy on Board, and headset product;
• Ensure revenue product is well stocked and available for drivers to deliver to aircraft.

Warehouse: 
• Accurately rotating all perishable food product and managing the best before dates of each product line;
• Receive and inventory all product that comes into the air supply warehouse.

Driver: 
• Physically provision all flights with perishable and non-perishable commissary product;
• Liaise with operating flight crew to ensure all flight provisioning requirements are met.

Qualifications: 
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract is required for Airside Vehicle Operators Permit;
• Must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Security Pass;
• Basic computer & keyboarding skills are required; experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)an asset;
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs/32kgs & walk some distances; Abilities to bend, kneel, and stoop;
• Previous warehousing experience including shipping and receiving an asset;
• Hard working attitude with initiative to work alone or in a team environment;
• Ability to work shift work;
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
