An opportunity is available for a Permanent Part time Airport Operations Agent in our Airport Operations Centre (AOC) at the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport , Winnipeg Manitoba. Reporting to the Team Lead and the Contract Manager you will be responsible for responding to our internal and external customer’s needs, resource allocation, operations and airport security support. This individual will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and support the Bouygues Core Values. You will support a team of Airport Operation Agents that will provide safe and reliable services to our client, internal & external customers along with our airport stakeholders. You will play a vital role in coordinating, facilitating and executing the needs of our customers. Our professionals serving as an Operations Agent will be a skilled professional that will exhibit a positive persona inside and outside work. Key Responsibilities: Record and monitor daily operational activities. As a central point of communications you will facilitate and execute airport operating plans as they relate to aircraft, security or weather related events. You will dispatch resources and provide status updates. You will handle classified and sensitive personal data that will require a very high level of business maturity. Monitor radio channels, phone lines, access control systems while maintaining and updating work status logs. This facility is a 24/7 operation and one must be available to work all rotating shifts. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work shifts. Must possess a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and airline/airport operations, transportation or logistics. Must be customer service oriented with strong organizational, and communication skills, capable of multi-tasking while demonstrating sound judgment. Ability to meet deadlines.
