NEW Customer Service Agent
Central Mountain Air 
 - Edmonton, AB
Central Mountain Air is looking to fill 1 CSA position in YEG averaging 30-40hrs/week

Responsibilities:
Customer Service Agent
• Check in and greet passengers, taking reservations and handling payments (when necessary)
• Processing baggage and cargo
• Respond to passenger inquiries, gate operations and flight closure
• Other general airport duties as required


Special Requirements Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
• Must be able to obtain and retain a YEG RAIC (security clearance required)
• Previous airline or aviation experience an asset
• Previous positions with leadership responsibilities an asset
