Customer Service Agents (Part Time)
Cathay Pacific - Vancouver, BC
Department: Airport, Vancouver

Reports to: Airport Services Supervisors

Cathay Pacific Canada is looking for enthusiastic, service oriented professionals to join the Vancouver Airport team. As part of the Airport team, you will be the face of Cathay Pacific, delivering “Service Straight from the Heart” to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide various aspects of airport customer service support including arrivals, departures, ticketing and operations/load control;
  • Greet and handle customers in a polite and professional manner;
  • Provide current and accurate information to customers resulting from inquiries from situations such as delayed or cancelled flights;
  • Resolve problems quickly and within guidelines established by company policies and procedures;
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements: 
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Ability to convey technical information to passengers in a clear and concise manner,
  • Ability to handle ad hoc and special projects with minimum supervision,
  • Flexibility to work variety of shifts including weekends, nights, and overtime, as required,
  • Ticketing/fares experience or exposure is an asset,
  • Ability to learn Cathay Pacific route system and products,
  • Ability to speak an Asian language is an asset,
  • Permanent legal right to live and work in Canada.
