Paid training and development is also provided.  The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and Communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.  POSITION SUMMARY  Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Manager of Airport Facilities is responsibility for all Regina Airport Authority (RAA) facilities, maintenance operations, systems, and works. This includes all airport infrastructure, buildings, airside and groundside surfaces and systems, underground utilities, and fleet management and maintenance. Key focuses are delivering facilities operational excellence in pursuit of exceptional customer service experience through effective management and leadership of the RAA maintenance division. Integral functions include a proactive approach to airport maintenance and strategic planning, harmonizing maintenance functions with day to day airport operations and activities, capital project input and delivery, protecting and promoting airport safety and security, and satisfying all applicable regulatory compliance requirements.
