We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill an available position at our facility located in North Bay, Ontario.- Permanent / Full Time

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Auditing incoming work packages, and preparing work packages for company aircraft.
- Entering errors and omissions into the quality control database.
- Transcribing data from task cards, and updating component and inspection tracking in the WinAir maintenance program
- Updating logbooks for engines and propellers when they are removed from and/or installed on an aircraft.
- Maintaining technical record files and electronic technical logbooks, and generating deferred defect reports and future maintenance schedules
- Preparing and forwarding electronic additional work request task cards and work order summary reports.
- Liaising with various personnel on issues pertaining to technical records.
- Managing aircraft technical records and maintenance tracking for the Maintenance department.
Qualifications:
- Completion of post-secondary school, and/or some post-secondary, vocational, or technical training.
- Preference will be given to individuals who can demonstrate proficiency using the WinAir software program or a similar computerized aviation maintenance tracking system.
- Excellent computer skills with an applied knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Related work experience in an aviation environment considered an asset.
- All candidates must possess a valid passport and be able to travel abroad unrestricted. In addition, candidates must also be eligible to work for a Canadian company.
