Waypoint Aviation Connections is a networking event organized by students from Vancouver’s post-secondary institutions for those interested in pursuing a career in the aviation industry. Now in its third year, the event has attracted hundreds of guests and corporate attendees; each year building on the success of the last. Past attendees have included some of the most respected firms and organizations in Canada’s aviation industry, including the likes of Air Canada, WestJet, Transport Canada and the Transportation Safety Board. 

This year’s theme is “Fly it Forward: Inspiring and Connecting a New Generation of Aviation Professionals.” The event will feature speeches by industry leaders and event sponsors, separated by periods for networking. 

Corporate attendees will include representatives from Air Canada, Transport Canada, NavCanada, InterVISTAS Consulting, and many more! As an attendee, you will have the opportunity to connect with a number of current and future leaders of the industry, and may even develop relationships that could lead to valuable future opportunities. Refreshments will be served and a photographer will be capturing every moment of the night. 

The event has been made possible through the generous support of the Pacific Flying Club, BCIT, ProIFR and Pro Aircraft Maintenance.
