This role efficiently and profitably manages and directs ramp activities by providing a safe and productive working environment for a range of ground handling services to its customers and staff alike.  Job Responsibilities  Accountable for daily Ramp operations Maintain and improve customer and Company safety and quality standards, Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities, Manage and control all ramp staff assignments, Hold daily briefings with all levels of management, Provide support to front line staff and management, Coach and train all employees to effectively improve operations, Ensure ramp workforce adherence to company policies and procedures, Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Competencies  Minimum 3 years Ramp Supervisor experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent knowledge of Ramp Operations, Ability to obtain and maintain AVOP/DA, Must be able to obtain and maintain Transport Canada Security background check, Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, Leadership ability- demonstrated through previous supervisory experience, Customer focus and quality awareness, Ability to deal with conflict and escalated situations under pressure and tight deadlines, Valid Driver’s License and bondable.
