Reporting to the General Manager, Customer Relations, the Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible the day to day operations of Customer Relations office and for the administration of duties related to reporting, training and time & attendance. 
  • Authorize all compensation payments as well as pay 3rd party vendor invoices 
  • Approve & process draft requests and bank transfers for Customer Relations and airports denied boarding compensation 
  • Create and manage eCoupons and promo codes for Customer Relations and Baggage Claims including managing inventory and value batches in OSI 
  • Process Aeroplan mileage and eupgrade credits to customer accounts 
  • Manage the PCard Program to ensure customer protection 
  • Prepare and maintain employee scorecards on key performance metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis 
  • Train internal customers on the reports in Ops BI Tool 
  • Analyze CRM data and make recommendations to management on process improvements, trends and customer service standards 
  • Ensure that the customer information in ACPedia, Aeronet and ac.com related to Customer Relations is accurate and updated 
  • Coordinate various activities and processes to achieve excellence in the areas of safety, operations and customer service standards. 
  • Consistently communicate with employees company directions and explain the rationale behind our policies or decisions 
  • Assist the Operation and Training department to identify and address business specific training needs of the agents. 
  • Assist members of management team with special projects as required 
  • Conduct 3rd party vendor performance audits 
  • Responsible for the scheduling of Customer Relations staff and the associated bidding processes. 
  • Ensure that Customer Relations HR reports (attendance, shift bidding, etc.) are created and distributed as required.

  • Excellent knowledge of software and management programs
