The Operations Assistant will be required to assist the Duty Manager in the day to day running of the Operations Control Centre. The Operations Assistant will report to the Director of Operations, Airline and work out of Toronto. RESPONSIBILITIES: Transporting crew members to and from the airport terminal Sorting and filing of all post flight documents Obtain and maintain a Ministry of Transportation (MOT) F License in order to drive the company bus Additional commercial duties as assigned by the Duty Manager QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in an Airline Operations Centre an asset Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license Must be able to work shift work “F” class Ontario driver’s license an asset ENVIRONMENT AND SCOPE: Works independently with guidance from direct and indirect supervisors Fast paced, deadline oriented work environment Modified shift work If you are interested in applying for this position please submit your application by April 18, 2018.
