Job Description
The Commissionaires provide Airside Security Escort services 24/7 for construction contractors on the YYC airfield as well as in the terminal under the direction of the Calgary Airport Authority. As part of our ever-expanding work force we are looking to increase our numbers of full-time Airside Security Escorts at Calgary International Airport (YYC).

What you offer:
  • ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT - Current or recent RAIC holder. (Please do not apply if you do not meet this essential requirement. Your application will not be considered.)
  • Current or recent AVOP holder a strong asset
  • Previous experience in an airport environment considered an asset
  • Province of Alberta Security Guard License or attain within 90 days
  • Province of Alberta Drivers License
  • Professional image with excellent customer service skills
  • High level of English fluency for speaking, reading and writing
  • Excellent aptitude to navigate through newer technologies including personal computers and handheld devices
  • Familiarity with MS Office an asset
  • Former Canadian military or RCMP a strong asset
  • Above average fitness level (testing may be required for some placements)
  • High School Diploma, GED or IQAS
  • Qualified First Aid
  • Proof of all qualifications required
  • Availability to work all shifts, all hours, all days
