Seasonal Flight Attendant - Vancouver

Full-time, Temporary 

Company – Sunwing Airlines OVERALL OBJECTIVE: The Seasonal Flight Attendant is responsible to ensure the safety, security and comfort of all passengers and crew while on duty consistent with Company policy and good judgement. The role will report to the Base Manager and will be located at our Vancouver Base. RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver exceptional customer service as directed by The Company Ensure that Company safety policies and relevant regulatory requirements are applied and maintained Ensure that all policies and procedures outlined in InFlight manuals are followed Maintain competency in all current safety and emergency qualifications Provide first aid when required Operate safety and emergency equipment Comply with Company uniform standards Display a pleasant, friendly disposition and a courteous, helpful attitude towards our passengers Maintain a calm, dignified manner that will exude confidence and competence Exhibit compatibility and teamwork with colleagues and all other Sunwing employees Maintain valid personal travel documents and Company medical requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience an asset Fluency in both official languages an asset Must successfully complete a five-week training program Medically fit to meet all physical requirements of the position Possess a valid Canadian passport Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to swim ENVIRONMENT AND SCOPE: Capable to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays and to travel on a consistent basis At Sunwing, the difference is evident in our quality service provided by our Cabin Crew.
