Executive Aviation - Station Manager

Executive Aviation is excited to post for the position of Station Manager, Customer Service at our London Ontario base. In this role you will be responsible for promoting a safe and positive work environment while managing a team of Customer Service Agents. The successful candidate would be responsible for building and maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline customers, stake holders and the airport authority. We are looking for a dynamic problem solver and progressive thinker who has the proven ability to create efficiencies in the operation.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day Customer Service operations for the London base.
  • Develop and manage team member schedules to ensure coverage meets budget and flight schedule requirements including, managing absences, approving shift changes and promoting work place balance for your team.
  • Evaluate operational needs to ensure they align with service level agreements while looking for opportunities to create efficiencies.
  • Manage and build relationships with airline partners, stakeholders and the airport authority to promote effective communication and represent Executive Aviation’s(EA)best interest
  • Promote managerial best practices and follow EA policies and procedures
  • Working with EAs corporate trainer, oversee all training requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer programs.
  • With support from EA HR, manage staffing requirements, recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
  • Responsible for approving bi-weekly payroll and following our performance management program.
  • Ensure daily administration responsibilities are completed on time to a high standard
  • Manage and promote the base safety and SMS program in collaboration with base safety rep, identifying and correcting hazards and deficiencies, performing self-audits etc.
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years aviation experience
  • Minimum 3 -5 years manager experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be able to hold a valid RAIC for airside access
  • Proficient on Excel and Word
  • Must have on call availability
