Mark Anthony Group is looking for an experienced Flight Attendant / Department Administrator. Reporting to the Flight Operations Assurance Manager, you are responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers at all times on a private Global 6500. You are an expert problem solver and have outstanding customer service and people skills.
What You Will Do:
Flight Attendant Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to the aircraft user group
- Assist passengers and crew during emergency situations
- Order and management of catering / service to Company standards
- Purchase and stock cabin supplies and catering from bakeries, markets and restaurants
- Participate in pre-flight briefings with fellow crewmembers and passengers
- Brief passengers on the features of the aircraft
- Report cabin deficiencies to maintenance and PIC
- Flight Attendant training program management
- Cabin Service equipment management
- Arrange for and accommodate any special needs or requests
- Proper cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware
- Routine and deep cleaning of aircraft cabin
Department Administration Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit reports on flight incidents
- CEO Executive Assistant point of contact for Pre-Flight Scheduling (CAMP)
- Hotel bookings for assigned aircraft
- Data entry and document formatting in MS Office
- Training record management
- Complete all company required paperwork and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Duties as assigned by Flight Operations Assurance Manager
What You Have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Flight Attendant in corporate/private and/or premium cabin airline operations
- Proficient with all aircraft emergency equipment and knowledge of emergency procedures
- Hold a Canadian Passport and the right to live and work in Canada.
- Ability to obtain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC)
- Knowledgeable with safe food handling procedures
- MS Office experience
- Strong culinary/fine dining experience preferred

- Able to travel domestic and internationally, as required
- Flexible to work a varying work schedule and on call basis as required; evening and weekend work may be required with notice
- Must be able to pass a background check
- A champion of safety and have a passion for providing elevated guest service.

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to sit through shift and be able to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, push, pull, lift and climb stairs.
