All New YVR Guest Experience Team

We’re re-imagining our approach to customer service at YVR and will soon launch our new Guest Experience Program. Through this program, we’ll welcome a new YVR Guest Experience team of 70+ new employees who will welcome our passengers and deliver an exceptional travel experience.  

 

Our Guest Experience Program will launch in April 2022. Today, we’re focused on finding the right people to help us bring the program to life and deliver on our goals. Starting next week, the first positions will be posted to the Current Opportunities section of our website.  We will send you a PDF version of the job postings once they come available.

 

We’re also hosting two in-person and one virtual open house events at the airport, where we’ll be sharing more about the program and job opportunities. Event details are below.

We’ll also be posting information to our social channels in the coming days and weeks.  

 

YVR Guest Experience: Career Opportunities Open House (In Person)

When: Wednesday, December 1st and Wednesday, December 8th from 2p.m. – 5 p.m. (come and go)

What: YVR representatives will be conducting drop-in information sessions and hosting familiarization tours. Interested candidates can come at any time and are encouraged to bring an up-to-date resume.  

Where: Vancouver International Airport  
U.S. Departures, Level 3 (upper level of
International food court). We will have two YVR employees sitting at a table by the International food court in case you need directions to an elevator. Parking passes are available at the table for the parkade.

When: Monday, December 6th from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
