World Air Ops is recruiting for an Operations Controller based in Toronto, Canada.

World Air Operations Ltd. operates an International Operations Center in downtown Toronto, together with a Domestic Airline Dispatch Center at YYZ/Toronto Pearson Int'l providing Operational control and Support services to Airlines, Business Jet operators, Military transport wings and Charter/Cargo operators, together with a full range of consulting, regulatory and technical services to meet client needs.

Applicants with the following knowledge and attributes will be given preference:

•  Formal training in aviation (eg. Dispatcher, Pilot, Flight Planning, etc.)
• Knowledge of Navtech flight planning software
• Previous project management or leadership experience
• Customer service oriented
• Entrepreneurial attitude and focus

 The successful applicant will need to be:

1.  Flexible and adaptable to irregular working hours that will occasionally include nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Decisive and accountable

• 3 weeks vacation per year, increasing with each year of employment
• Base salary guide, depending on experience and qualifications, is $30,000 - $40,000
