The Vancouver Airport Authority has a two-year, full-time term opportunity for a Manager, Simplified Passenger Travel in the Simplified Passenger Travel Department. Reporting to the Director, Simplified Passenger Travel, the successful candidate will lead the team with a view to ensuring the efficient operation of the department both in terms of projects and people.


Simplified Passenger Travel seeks to measurably improve the passenger experience by process reengineering, implementing new technologies and the removal of exception handling from any primary process. The resultant reduction in wait times and queuing greatly assist the flow of passengers and baggage throughout the airport experience.
