JOB OPPORTUNITY - AIRPORT MANAGER
Reporting to the General Manager, the Airport Manager is responsible to ensure the safe, efficient operation of the Brampton Airport within the guidelines set by Transport Canada and the Brampton Flying Club. The Brampton Airport is a General Aviation (GA) certified airport, owned and operated by the Brampton Flying Club. It is the 16th busiest airport in Canada.
Major Activities and Responsibilities:
■Airport Management Role (APM) – Airport Certification
■Airport Safety and Security
■Hangar/Tie-down Community Sales and Service
■FBO-Fueling Services & Equipment Maintenance
■Airport Development Project Support & Supervision
■Airport Property Maintenance
■Active Role – BFC Management Team
■Attendance and Training with Airport Related Associations.
Hours of Work: Five days per week from 7:00 to 15:00. Some weekends and special events, required. On call for Airport Security response.
