Sun Wing Travel is currently recruiting a Temporary InFlight Base Supervisor, for the Calgary base from now unti the end of the winter season.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily monitoring of Cabin Crew
• Evaluate performance and maintain all Personnel Files
• Conduct Briefing, Ramp, Baggage and CSM checks
• Review all CCFRs and provide feedback to Head Office
• Maintain all required documents in Crew Lounge
• Reconcile all InFlight deposits
• Responsible for daily administrative duties
• Support and assist with all AOSH and SMS issues as required
• Ensure that all Transport Canada regulations and Company policies are being adhered to by all Cabin Crew
• Other duties as assigned
• Must work shift work
Qualifications
• Minimum two (2) years CSM experience preferred
• Previous Supervisory experience a definite asset, excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to Computer literacy (Microsoft Word / Excel / Microsoft Outlook)
• Proven organizational, multitasking and time management skills
• A professional attitude and manner that reflects the high standards of the Department that you represent
