Bar XH Air Inc is currently recruiting an FBO Manager in Lethdbridge Alberta.
The FBO Manager oversees all aspects of the Fixed Base Operation (FBO) including customer relations, line operations, record keeping and auditing of records, and health, safety and environmental functions. Plans, directs and coordinates activities for the sale and provision of general aviation support services such as fuel, hangar, and office rental. Manages and directs activities of Ramp Attendants. Acts as company liaison in matters related to the airport community.
Requirements for this position are:
• Experience working in an FBO operation
• Experience in all aspects of HR Management including hiring, discipline, training and performance review.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with conflicts and stress
• Flexibility in any aspect (working time, work load, different and difficult customers, dealing with multiple tasks at a time)
• High service and customer orientated mind-set
• High attention to detail
• Highly developed team spirit, team player and team leader
• Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
• Positive attitude in good and difficult times
Salary: Based on experience
