 Each year BCIT recognizes four employees who demonstrate exceptional leadership. The Aviation Operations team is pleased to announce that Aviation Operations Chief Instructor, Cheryl Cahill, has been honoured this year!

Cheryl has been recognized for such attributes as sharing responsibility, authority, information and credit when working towards a goal, and communicating in a manner which is straightforward and open.  Those of you who know Cheryl will agree that she works extremely hard to provide great leadership to students and the Aviation Operations instructional team.
