Position Summary  *** Both contract and permanent positions are available ***

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Travel Administrator will provide travel support to Canadian Natural’s travelers. The successful candidate will possess strong communication, organizational and customer service skills, complemented by a strong work ethic. The Travel Administrator will need to be able to perform well in a team environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE YOUR MARK?
• Make travel arrangements for all business travelers in Canadian Natural’s Canadian operations (head office, Horizon, and field offices),
• Ensure arrangements are in compliance with the company’s travel policy
• Initiate research and secure best available pricing when booking air, hotel, and car reservations
• Ensure that booking confirmations, itineraries, and tickets are delivered to the traveler in a timely manner
• Other duties and projects as required

For the permanent positions, additional requirements include:
o Manage charter aircraft bookings, selecting the most appropriate approved carrier to ensure Canadian Natural’s business is carried out in the safest, most efficient and cost-effective manner possible
o Control passenger manifests, ensuring accurate passenger information is conveyed to the charter air carrier
o Ensure travelers are provided with departure information, maps, etc.
o Maintain careful records of all work done

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Typically 2 to 4 years of previous related experience with a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Travel Counseling from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of:
o Sabre Reservations System
o MS Office Suite
