New Posting - Bearskin Airlines (Kenora)

Bearskin Airlines is seeking a full-time Supervisor, Passenger Service agent for the Kenora Base.


Responsibilities include:  Assist with duties involving the ticket counter/reservations and performs supervisory duties to ensure the best possible customer service and smooth operations of the base.

Qualifications: Must possess a College Diploma in Travel and Tourism , two years experience as a Passenger Service Agent , administrative skills, and previous supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills are needed to effectively interact with a wide variety of people inside and outside of the organization. The ability to work in a team environment, resolve and manage conflict, and meet strict deadlines are required for this position. Experience with computerized reservation systems is also required.
