North Caribou Air is currently recruiting three Reservations Specialist for the Calgary Office.

North Cariboo Air is a private charter airline providing service to Northern Alberta and British Columbia. The company has a strong reputation for safety and customer service and has been in business for over 50 years; one of Western Canada's oldest operating air carriers!

We are currently seeking to add 3 full-time permanent Reservation Specialists to our team as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
� Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options as well as travel costs
� Plan and organize travel for individuals or groups
� Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system
� Act as a point of contact for customer travel enquiries
� Support company Safety Management Systems Program
� Assist with Reception duties as required
� Assist with passenger check in as required

Experience and Qualifications
� Strong communication skills
� Customer service focused
� Computer literate
� Experience using online reservation software an asset
� 1 year related experience
� Individuals having worked in call centers, travel offices or customer service would be very well suited for this role
