Flair Air, a Canadian airline based out of Kelowna, BC. operating ad hoc passenger charters in Canada, USA, and internationally, is currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Kelowna Office..
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining the Flight Operations Quality Assurance System in accordance with the Flair Air Flight Operations Quality Assurance Manual.
• Develop and implement all Flight Operations audits in the audit program.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the Flight Operations audit program and modify as appropriate.
• Recommend, investigate and review all amendments to all Flair controlled documents.
• Identify, initiate, recommend or provide solutions to quality problems through designated channels and ensure implementation of corrective action plans.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the airline industry with specific emphasis on flight operations.
• Must have thorough and complete knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations and Standards.
• Must have experience in a QA role within the airline industry.
• Must have experience with conducting audits under IOSA guidelines.
• In possession of/or have held a valid ATPL an asset but not mandatory.
• Must have computer skills in various programs such as Word, Excel and Word Publisher.
