Job Description:
Provincial Airlines Limited provides a scheduled airline service that currently serves 10 destinations in Atlantic Canada with a fleet of Saab-340 and Dash aircraft. We offer a professional working environment and opportunities for individual career growth. Provincial Airlines is currently seeking an Airline Dispatcher to join our team in St. John�s.
As a Dispatcher you will be required to deal effectively in a fast past, time critical environment, ensuring professionalism at all times. In this role you will also be responsible for organizing, coordinating and the dispatching of aircraft and flight watching of all flights along with completing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently hold a Type B dispatch license or have written the Transport Canada Exams (Meteorology and Operations). In house training also provided.
- The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
- The position requires a detail oriented individual with exceptional organization skills.
- Previous experience would be an asset.
