New Posting - World Air Ops

World Air Ops has an immediate need for an experience Flight Operations Coordinator/ Account Manager to work from our offices located at Pape & Danforth Ave in Toronto.

With an eye for detail, solutions oriented, and the ability to work under pressure, you will bring a minimum of 3 years related experience gained at a charter operator or flight support organization.

Your primary responsibility will be managing and having complete ownership for designated customers. You will be expected to plan and execute all flight and logistics requirements that will include full trip planning, permit applications, ground handling coordination, fuel supply, etc.

The successful applicant will have a complete understanding of the trip planning cycle, have the ability to identify issues and address those issues before they arise, and be accountable for their decisions.

Must Haves:
- Previous flight and trip planning experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of geography and cultural sensitivities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work or be on call during irregular hours that will include evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong computer skills (Adobe, Excel, Word, Internet)
- Resourceful with an ability to conduct in-depth research
- Superior communication skills
- Resides within the GTA

Nice to Haves:
- University Degree
- Second Language (Spanish)
- Knowledge of Navtech systems
