Working in our 24/7 operations centre, our Logistics and Coordination Specialists connect with a diverse group of business jet owners to ensure a first class experience. They coordinate with Flight Dispatch, Flight Crew, Sales, and Accounting to guarantee client satisfaction from start to finish.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Travel, Hospitality, and/or Aviation Customer Service experience required
- Diploma or Degree in related field an asset
- Private Aviation experience an asset
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assist clients in arranging travel on company aircraft
- Coordinate client preferences with various vendors for catering, ground transportation, etc
- Monitor trip progress and anticipate service challenges and opportunities
- Assist Accounting Department in billing process
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure effective and efficient use of fleet
