Aurora Jet Partners is Canada’s leading and fastest growing fractional business jet company. To better serve our expanding client base, we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who are committed to providing superior service in a fast paced environment.
Working in our 24/7 operations centre, our Flight Followers provide support to the flight crew to ensure the safe and legal operation of the fleet. They coordinate with Flight Logistics, Flight Crew, and Crew Scheduling to ensure all flights are conducted in the safest and most efficient manner possible.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flight dispatch experience considered an asset
- Diploma or Degree in related field an asset
- Private Aviation experience an asset
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor weather and NOTAMs
- Arrange customs for transborder flights
- Arrange crew requirements including, but not limited to accommodations and transportation
- Operational flight planning support
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure effective and efficient use of fleet
