Fall Update

Cheryl Cahill, CI
On behalf of the entire Aviation Operations team, I am pleased to welcome the new Airport Operations Class 17 students to the Aerospace Campus (ATC). They will be starting their educational journey in Airport Operations today, September 4, 2012. We know they will enjoy their experience at the ATC as they complete their studies.

We would also like to welcome returning students - Airport Operations Classes 15 and 16 along with Airline and Flight Operations Classes 10 and 11 who are continuing their studies through the fall. We hope you had a great summer and look forward to seeing you all again!

An exciting lineup of industry events is planned for this fall!  These events provide opportunities to meet aviation professionals while learning more about this dynamic industry.  A sample of just a few of the events planned include:
  • Royal Canadian Air Force presentation,
  • British Columbia Aviation Council workshop
  • Silver Wings Gala, sponsored by the British Columbia Aviation Council
  • Air Transport Association of Canada conference and annual general meeting
Details about all of these events and how you can participate will be posted here on the Aviation Operations blog - so stay tuned for further information!
