New Posting - Tofino Air

Tofino Air is urgently in need of several Customer Service Agents.   The Customer Service positions currently rotate through a 10 hour shift of 4 days on, and 4 off. The duties include:
 
- Greet passengers,
- Check passengers and baggage in,
- Collect for their tickets, 
-   Dispatch the flight (make the flight plan, record take off and landing times, communicate with pilots via radio)
- Take reservations over the phone
- Monitor online reservation system
- Sell (pitching involved, a bit of sales experience would go a long way) and dispatch scenic flights
- Other office duties such as cash out, inventory, etc.
- Trouble shooting problems (passenger scheduling, aircraft slating, weather considerations, going the extra mile in certain circumstances, etc)

Attention to detail, listening, and patience are good attributes. Communication and Customer service are good skills. Reliability is a must!
