Receptionist/Travel Clerk
Great Slave Helicopters has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Travel Clerk at our Springbank Base and Heavy Maintenance Facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reception duties, booking travel, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities will include greeting visitors and staff, answering and directing incoming telephone calls and inquiries, booking appointments and travel/hotel arrangements, compiling and maintaining information, record keeping, and other general office duties as assigned.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:- Previous experience as a receptionist handling a busy multi-line switchboard and making travel arrangements is required;
- Professional who is courteous with well-developed interpersonal and customer relation skills;
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including word and excel and internet;
- Previous experience in aviation an asset.
