Key Responsibilities Include:
- Applying a structured, sustainable change management approach and methodology for the people side of change resulting from projects and specific change efforts
- Developing sustainable change management strategies based on situations and the groups being impacted by the change
- Developing actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, and training plans
- Conducting change readiness assessments, evaluating results and presenting findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
- Identifying potential people side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Creating and implementing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of change initiatives
- Identifying performance gaps and working to develop and implement corrective actions
- Collaborating with Communications and HR professionals, in addition to other stakeholders, in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support change initiatives, such as all employee meetings
- Supporting and engaging senior leaders when appropriate, and coaching managers and supervisors
Key Qualifications Include:
- Business degree with a focus on Human Resources or Organizational Development
- Seven or more years of progressive experience as an organizational development professional, with a focus on change management
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills – includes highly developed written and verbal communication practices and the ability to understand different audiences’ needs, coupled with honed active listening skills
- A skilled Presenter and an engaging Facilitator
- Ability to build and foster effective client relationships and to leverage influencing strategies to move others towards a common vision or goal
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Strong analytic and decision making abilities, so that effective problem solving incorporates root cause
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
- Excellent time management skills, with the proven ability to juggle and reprioritize based on business demands and priorities
- Interest in personal development and keeping current in human resource practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - excellent computer skills in MS Office suite
- Strong work ethic, high level of enthusiasm and ability to excel in a fast paced environment
